She is everything he has been dreaming of, when their eyes meet he knows she’s the one for him – he just needs her to feel the same way ……

Interview With Jayme L Townsend:

1. Can you tell us a little about your book? 
    This is a love story, all about find the one and the mistakes you make along the way. Sydney McKinney is 23, beautiful, single and still living at home with her parents, going from one crap job to another. Finally she lands her dream job, she leaves her family and moves to London – it’s time to live her life. Suddenly life goes full speed as she finally finds love. Jude Montgomery is the gorgeous lead singer with one of the biggest bands in the country, although he has everything someone could possibly desire, money, cars, women he’s missing the one thing that would truly make him complete... then he sees her across the room. She is everything he’s been dreaming of and when their eyes meet he knows she’s the one for him, he just needs her to feel the same way…
   
   
2. Using one sentence, describe Held to Randsom.
   Trying to make something work with the whole world is watching is hard but when you find love that sets your heart on fire nothing else matters.
   
   
3. If Held to Randsom was made into a movie, who would play Jude and Sydney?
   That’s difficult for me as Jude’s a mix of people to create the perfect man in my imagination so based on that it’s extremely hard to find someone that fits… if anyone knows of a tall well built, black hair and green eyed man please, please let me know. Sydney would be played by singer Kathryn Knowles (Here’s the link to one of her recent covers, she’s sat on the left http://goo.gl/2wlO1q) I understand at the same time not everyone would see them in the same way that I do so if you think different let me know.
   
   
4. When did you know you wanted to write a book? 
   For as long as I can remember I’ve always had my head stuck in a book and I’ve always wanted to tell a story, it’s something I’ve always dreamed of and wanted to do.
   
   
5. Do you have a favorite spot to write?  
   My office, it’s got all my pictures on the wall and that’s always inspiring for me, if I’m not in there I’ll be anywhere that’s warm and comfy!
   
   
6. Do you have any “odd” writing habits?  
   I find it difficult to write in silence, there has to be some kind of noise to help me focus properly.
   
   
7. Do you listen to music while you write? 
   I made a book playlist for Held to Randsom and I’m making one for the new book too, adding songs as I write and figuring out what song fits a scene, so I’m nearly always playing that.
   
   
8. What's the last book you read? 
   Sawyer by Nicole Edwards before that it was Unexpected Fate by Harper Sloan.
   
   
9. What are writing projects are you currently working on? 
   The second book in the Randsom series, Held by Randsom.
