Interview With Kim Petersen:

1. Can you tell us a little about your books?
My currently available books belong to a series about a family both blessed and cursed by good and evil. Ascended Angels and Serpent-Shifters are the name of the game; the stakes are high and the love is strong as we follow them on a journey brimming with action, romance and heart-wrenching scenes.

2. How many books have you written? Which is your favorite?
I published my debut novel, Millie's Angel in February 2017. Since then, I've written and released a novelette and another full length novel all belonging to the series, I've also written another short story to be included in an anthology due to be released soon. Millie's Angel won a gold award in its category in the 2017 Dan Poynter's Global eBook Awards; she holds a special place in my heart.

3. What inspires you to write?
Life, passion, people, devastation, emotions, music and the ocean.

4. Do you have a special time to write or how is your day structured?
Ha! I am a mother of 5 children, I write when I get the chance! Somehow I've developed an ability to keep in story despite a constant parade of interruptions. Although, its heaven when I can write alone ...

5. Do you have a favorite food or drink you must have nearby when writing?
If I'm writing at night, definitely tea and dark chocolate. I try not to keep the chocolate on my desk!

6. Do you have a favorite spot to write?
Yes! the balcony off my bedroom overlooks the NSW south coast sea and mountains, I love to write in that spot when I can. I wish I could write out there on hot summer nights, but the moths and bugs won't let me!  :)

7.  If you were a super-hero, what powers would you have?
I would fly. Defying the laws of gravity would feel exhilarating, liberating and limitless, no?

8. What are writing projects are you currently working on?
I am working on a supernatural thriller that will be released as part of a box set, and I'm set to get into in a super exciting project this year with some awesomely talented people.
