I sleep on the floor in the bedroom now. I need to be there if she wakes up choking or gasping for air or for any number of other dangerous complications that could arise through the night. As I drift off tonight, something happens. Something new. Almost immediately, I’m dreaming.Dreaming of Hope. Some part of me remembers and knows she’s injured and in a coma—but here in my dream, she is very much awake.Very much alive.Reality and the dream morph together until I can’t quite tell them apart. Soon, the dream is as lifelike as anything.

I liked this one.  Orion lives in Alaska and is a former military man who has lost his leg.  He's kind of an interesting guy.   He rescues a woman from an  avalanche.   Orion names her Hope because she is in a coma and injury from the  avalanche.    In the very beginning Orion had me hooked then I waivered for a little bit on whether I was enjoying the story or not and felt like the story was a little slow and bordering on boring.  At one point I was like, if this chick doesn't wake up soon I'm done with this book.  I kept at it and when she did finally wake from her coma, my interest in the story picked back up.    When  she wakes up she suffers from amnesia.   Orion and Hope start to form a relationship.  As things come back to Hope the storyline goes in an interesting direction that was surprising.     This one is one of those stories that I didn't fully appreciate until I finished and looked back at the story.   Overall this was a good read.
4 1/2 Stars!!
