Drowning is a must one click book.    I have read all the books by Gia Riley but I hadn't read any books by Marni Mann before this one. My attentions going into this book was to try to figure out which part Gia wrote.   That went out the window once I started reading. Clay and Andi are amazing characters and there story sicked me in. I was so engrossed in their stories that I didn't care which author wrote which character.
Clay has gotten himself caught up in some heavy stuff and he's running and hiding.   What he's actually running from had me guessing. I like how we don't find out the full story of why he is running right away.   Clay is amazing. He's has his own set off stuff to deal with up he's still a descent guy and tries to help when he sees Andi is in need of some help.
Andi is a strong character. She is on the run and escaping from an abusive relationship.    Her and Clay's paths cross on a train.   There's a connection between the two but they both have their paths and stuff they are trying to escape from.   Thing happened that had me gripping my kindle. I probably would had yelled at my kindle at some points but I try to be nice to it. This book kept me hooked. There were no boring or dull moments. I didn't want to put it down. 5 Amazeballs Stars!!
