As we fell in love with Freak in the prequel, Find out where Freak and Chelsea’s story takes them in this complete standalone novel.
Have you ever met someone who turned everything you knew inside out? That’s what it was like when Freak Phillips and I really met for the first time.
This roller coaster ride he had me on was making me question myself. Making me do things I had never dreamed of. So out of character, so unlike me.
Better yet, I was liking it.
But, little did I know what he had in store for me was unlike anything I could have ever imagined.
Freak wasn’t exactly what I had envisioned. Furthermore, could I picture myself with him in a relationship?
Wild, exciting, and completely deranged come and fall in love with the mystery that is Freak Phillips.
Powerful, wealthy, wildly handsome Atlas has it all: successful company, stunning penthouse, and all the women and fun he could want. But when he meets the brilliant, graceful and mesmerizing Gwen, he is thunderstruck and wants to go to great lengths to have her, even if it means breaking his own rules and baring his secret soul.
When his livelihood is threatened by a competing rival, he must prepare for a corporate battle. But, with Gwen at his side he knows he will not lose.
But, what if she isn’t who he thought she was? What if nothing is as it seems?
Will Atlas lose everything?
How far is one man willing to go for the woman he loves?

Interview With Ella Emerson:
- Can you tell us a little about your books? Well I am a Romantic Suspense author. I have a few books out now that are suspense and mystery. Sky Watcher was my first book which is a sweet contemporary. The Vanilla Bet is a mystery/romance. I Am Atlas is book one of the Playing God Series and is romantic suspense.
- For someone who hasn't read any of you books yet, which one would you suggest they read first? All of my books are standalones so it is really what you are in the mood for. I would say Freak Out which is a romcom.
- I'm excited for Teacher. How is it to co write a book? Is it a lot different then writing on your own? Cowriting a book is awesome. I had so much fun. It was very easy and went by very quickly. Heather and I discussed the plot and such, then I started from the girls pov, and she would then write the next chapter from the males pov. So we never really knew what was coming until we would get that chapter from the other. So much fun.
- When you write do you write the first draft on a computer or paper and pen? Computer, I think my hands would cramp too bad from paper and pen.
- Do you aim for a set amount of words/pages per day? No not usually, but I usually put out 3k on days I'm just dabbling. Then on my writing days I get about 8-11k down.
- Do you have a favorite spot to write? Desk.
- Do you have a favorite food or drink you must have nearby when writing? I have to have soda, and usually some cookies.
- Are you attending any author signing this year? Yes, Miami on July 30th for Submit and Devour.
- What are you working on next? I usually have three to four current WIPs going on at once. One is an untitled book about Jude and Indigo. She is a homeless singer who meets up with a band of misfits on their way to Hollywood to become famous. I'm also almost done with edits for Just An Echo Book 2 in the Playing God Series.
