The Good One is good read.    River is the good daughter.  She is always cleaning up messing that her younger sister gets into.    She is a hard worker.  She wants to please everyone.    Her family has secrets and she does what she has to keep them secret.  

Damian is an ex male escort who now runs a male escort service.   There is instant attraction between River and Damian.    We don't know much about Damian at first besides that he is an ex escort so for him to be smitten with River just from the first time he meet her seemed like it would be out of character for an ex escort.   Damian has never felt what he feels for River.   He does and say some funny and omg, he didn't do that things.   

Just as River is ready to give Damian a chance both their exes cause problems.  River's ex Ryan seems clean cut and the guy her family would want her with.    Ryan's family and River's family both have secrets.  I was surprised on the turn their families secrets went.   There were definitely more secrets then I had expected.  

There is hint that Damian's friends and employees Brett and Josie will get a book.  I really hope they do.
