THE TEST OF TIME:
Katia jumps at the chance to go to England with her best friend after Rose ditches her deadbeat boyfriend. While walking through the market, she spies a large mansion and recognizes the guy out front as her high
school friend Tony. Just as they start to reconnect, Katia passes through times and lands in the arms of Lord Landon, who looks like Tony but certainly doesn’t act like him.
Soon, Katia learns that this 1815 is different from the one in history books. Trapped in a parallel world, Katia struggles to not fall for Landon but his charm proves too much for her. Just when she is about
to confess her love for him, Katia travels through time yet again.
The course of love never did run smooth and if Katia can’t figure out and master the test of time, she’ll never see her friends again, or worse, never be reunited with Landon.

Nicole Zoltack loves to write in many genres, especially romance, whether fantasy, paranormal, or regency. When she’s not writing about knights, superheroes, or zombies, she loves to spend time with her
loving husband and three energetic young boys. She enjoys riding horses (pretending they’re unicorns, of course!) and going to the PA Renaissance Faire, dressed in garb. She’ll also read anything she can
get her hands on. Her current favorite TV show is The Walking Dead.

Interview With Nicole Zoltack:
1. Can you tell us a little about your books?
I write romances – either with a fantasy or historical slant.
Sometimes both. From medieval fantasy to high fantasy, paranormal,
Regency, and time travel, my romances try to capture the joy of
finding love despite obstacles.
2. Do you prefer to write standalone books or series?
I enjoy writing both, but one story in particular that I meant as a
standalone—BLOODLUST—several readers have asked for a sequel so… You
never know! It's sometimes hard to say goodbye to characters.
3. What book was the first one you wrote?
The first book I started wasn't the first I finished. The first novel
I finished was WOMAN OF HONOR. I wrote the first half during National
Novel Writing Month (where writers around the world try to write 50K
in November). I wanted to write about a girl becoming a knight and the
story just poured out of me.
The first book I started? That one took me ten years to write (because
I took year-long breaks at a time) and is currently collecting cyber
dust. I've rewritten and revised it so many times, but I'm not sure
the story will ever get published.
4. Which one of your characters has been your favorite to write about?
Oh, that's so hard! I loved writing about Aislinn, the lady knight in
WOMAN OF HONOR. IVY, the barbarian princess from BLOODLUST, though,
might claim that spot because she's fierce and beautiful and strong
and has an edge to her. She doesn't have a code, like knights do. She
does what she wants and never backs down.
5. Do you have a favorite spot to write?
I'll write anywhere. Doesn't matter where. Even I don't have access to
my Macbook, I'll write in a notebook. Or napkin. Or send myself an
email on my phone. I might have a writing problem. LOL
6. When you write do you write the first draft on a computer or paper and pen?
On the computer 99% of the time, but sometimes when I get stuck,
writing with a pen almost always unclogs me. Weird but it works.
7. Do you listen to music while you write?
For the longest time, I didn't. I either write when my boys are
napping or when the rest of my family is sleeping, so I try to be
quiet, but lately, I have been listening to music more. One of my
readers mentioned that my writing reminded them of Two Steps from Hell
and ever since, I've started to write to it and it is amazing!
8. When did you know you wanted to write a book?
I've been writing since I first learned how to write. Short stories
that were only a few pages long and were awful. Writing has always
been a part of my life.
9. What's one random fact about yourself that you can share?
I'm jealous that my oldest son is taking karate lessons. I want to
take lessons too!
10. What are writing projects are you currently working on?
A paranormal romance. So much fun to write! And a steampunk set in
another world. So many story ideas, not enough time to write them all.
