With this one I had a slow start. I wasn't feeling it but somewhere
between 17% and 21% I fell in love with the characters. Devyn
is an actor. He has had a not so good past. He's escaping thing when
his car dies on the side of the road. He ends up in small town, it's
there he meets Larsen. Larsen is shy and keeps to herself because she has also had a not to good past. These two characters have many layers and things to overcome. These two seem like opposites but they are really good for each. Beside the romance there also a mystery going on because Larsen is getting threatening letters. I kind of thought I had figured out who was sending the letters but I was wrong and I loved that the story wasn't predictable.

Renee Harless, her husband, and children live in Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. She studied Communication, specifically Public Relations, at Radford University.
Growing up, Renee always found a way to pursue her creativity. It began by watching endless runs of White Christmas- yes even in the summer – and learning every word and dance from the movie. She could still sing "Sister Sister" if requested. In high school she joined the show choir and a community theatre group, The Troubadours. After marrying the man of her dreams and moving from her hometown she sought out a different artistic outlet – writing.
To sa that Renee is a romance addict would be an understatement. When she isn’t chasing her toddler or preschooler around the house, working her day job, or writing, she jumps head first into a romance novel.
