I used to be naïve.
I used to think monsters didn’t exist.
I used to think I was safe, untouchable, and free from harm.
Boy was I wrong...
My name is Whitney, and I used to think my old life was mediocre and boring. I thought I was missing out on something exciting. Now that Linc has shown me how dark and twisted life can be, I’d go back in a heartbeat...
This is book 1 in an upcoming 3 book dark erotic standalone series!

Review by Gia:
Niquel is one of my one click authors. When I saw this one I had to read. Bed of Lies is a little different then the others she has written. Bed of Lies is a dark read. If you have triggers or things that bother you, make sure to check out the warning before starting. Linc had a less than conventional childhood and has lead to the way he runs his life. He grew up with his father who ran a sex trafficking ring. He has a wife, Red, but he's looking for someone to give him children. Linc is twisted and ruthless but I still kind of liked him. Red on the other hand I didn't like very much.
Whitney is a typical teenager. She's had a rough childhood and has fights with her mom. Her whole world changes when Linc kidnaps her. She is then immersed into Linc weird and twisted world. This story had me hooked. The ending was surprising. I reread the last part twice just to make sure I read it correctly and didn't miss anything. I can't wait to read more.
