Interview With NickyPurple!
1) Can you tell us a little about yourself?
I
am NickyPurple, born name Nicole Borden. Aside from my purple alias,
I function as a single mother of three beautifully talented children.
All of my children are by my high school sweetheart, who isn't a present
fixture in our lives. In my thirties, I found home in Dunwoody,
Georgia- some 800 miles from the town that raised me, Cleveland, Ohio.
My children have taught me to a real model, to stay agile and never
fixed. Earning my Diploma after the traditional age, earning my real
estate license after repeated failed attempts and giving my time without
concern of compensation are my proudest moments. I find peace in leading an exemplary life and coloring outside the lines.
2) Can you tell us a little about your book?
Still beautiful is a book
serves as a catalog of recovery notes along life's journey, from one
Woman's teens to thirties. NickyPurple shares intimate traumas and her
road to recovery. She finds happiness in being a light to others, so
that they may find their way. In the form of poems and short notes she
exposes her scars and open wounds.
