We Will Always Have The Closet

We Will Always Have The Closet

Petra Galatas sees the world through rose-colored glasses…

Petra has always chosen to see the best in people. Even her ex-husband’s extramarital affairs couldn’t destroy her faith in humanity. However, as much as she craves love, she’s not ready to trust another man with her heart.

The last place Petra thought she’d meet a guy was a closet in her ex-husband’s house…

While investigating Jonas Linden for millions of dollars in art fraud, Sam Corra’s clues lead him into the most unlikely of places—Jonas’ closet. Even less likely was meeting a woman there…a beautiful woman with honey skin and big brown eyes. Though neither of them divulge the reason they’re there, there’s an instant mutual attraction. And when Sam pursues her, he discovers the beautiful woman is none other than Jonas Linden’s ex-wife.

He’s on a mission to prove Jonas’ guilt. She’s determined to prove his innocence…

Unwilling to believe she’d been stupid enough to marry a criminal, Petra attempts an investigation of her own, and unwittingly puts herself—and Sam—in danger. First comes an “accident” that lands Petra in the hospital. Second is a kidnapping that puts Sam’s life in grave danger.

When they both become pawns in a deadly game, money, art, and love are all at stake.

Interview With Natalina Reis:

1. Can you tell us a little about your books?
I write romance but I like to dip my toe on many different genres. In my first published book We Will Always Have the Closet Sam and Petra gravitate around each other (and closets) tempting fate when an investigation goes terribly wrong. Desert Jewel, releasing October 8, is a fantasy set in a world that resembles a lot my beloved Africa and touches on some tough issues. My third one, Loved You, Always (coming out in November) mixes up romance with humor, danger, and even a little witchcraft. I like to write a diversity of characters and situations to keep me and the readers on their toes.

2. When did you know you wanted to write a book?
I’ve been writing since I was about ten years old. I always dreamed of becoming a writer but I didn’t actually try to get published until my first son was born. I was not very successful then and I waited many years to try again. I had so many stories “trapped” in my brain, I had to try.

3. Do you work with an outline, or just write?
I am embarrassed to say I plan very little. I just let it flow. Sometimes it’s amazing, other times it causes problems, but nothing that can’t be solved.

4. Do you have a favorite food or drink you must have nearby when writing?
Coffee and chocolate. I indulge on the first, treat myself with the later once in a while.

5. Do you listen to music while you write?
It depends. There are times when I just need silence, other times I need the inspiration that great music can trigger.

6. If you could spend 24 hours as a fictional character, who would you chose?
Elizabeth Bennett from Pride and Prejudice. I know, what a cliché :)

7. What are writing projects are you currently working on?
I just finished a romantic sci-fi (in edits right now) called Heart’s Prey and I am itching to start my NaNoWriMo project (no title yet) which will be a paranormal/fantasy romance. I am also working on a short romantic comedy story for an anthology.
