I loved Hopeless Vows. It hooked me from the beginning, we'll actually I was hooked just from reading the synopsis. Austin and Jillian both sign up to marry a stranger. They are chosen to marry each other. A camera crew follows them around for eight weeks, taping their ever move. After eight weeks they chose to stay together or get divorced.
Jillian has a secret and it has to do with Austin but we aren't told up front what it is. I was a guessing what it was but I wasn't right and was surprised by what it was. We get a build of Austin and Jillian's relationship before the secret is dropped. Jillian and Austin are super cute together. They seem to have everything going for them. Austin slowly breaks down the wall Jillian has put up. They have their ups and downs and their funny and cute moments.
I really liked Jillian even though she kept a big part of herself hidden from Austin. It's not just Jillian's secret that causes problems with their relationship. There was never a dull moment and I didn't want to put it down until I was finished.

Rachael Duncan is an Army wife to her amazing husband, Steven, and mother to their beautiful daughters, Natalie and Zoe. She grew up in Nashville, Tennessee and went off to graduate from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor's degree in political science. With initial plans to work in politics, she moved to Washington, D.C. and worked on Capitol Hill for a House Representative. After a short time, she realized it wasn't for her and began pursuing other careers until she started writing.
