This one was a great fun book. Lainey is a funny character. Sometimes her filter is off and some funny things come out of her mouth. She's new to Starr Media. When she meets the boss, Brogan, it's super funny. There are a ton of rules to follow when working for Starr Media. We get to learn some of those rules throughout the book. Lainey doesn't like most of them and some of them are just plain funny. All the rule kind of make Brogan seem like an uptight jerk. Deep down Brogan is an alright guy. As he warms up to Lainey, I think we get to see the real Brogan. At points, I felt it was dragging a little. I was a little frustrated with the characters at some points. At times I was like I wish they would hook up already. Overall it was a good read.
