We meet Cam and Avery is the first three book of the Shattered series. After reading Renewed (book 3) I was hoping we would get Cam and Avery's story. I was super excited when I found out we were going to get there story.
I love both Cam and Avery. Both were carefree and funny is the first books. When we get down to their story we get to see their struggles as well as their triumphs. Cam and Avery have some major things to overcome. Sarah pops up to cause problems. I hated Sarah. She seems to think of nothing but herself. Sarah has the same car as me and when I read that I was like oh no a character I don't like can't have the same car as me. :)
I really didn't like the prologue. When reading Fated, I really wished that I could erase the prologue from my mind. For me the prologue took some of the emotions out of the story. There was one part where it a heart wrenching scene for Avery and the prologue ruined it for me and it just wasn't as emotional for me as I think it could have been. With that being said I still really liked the story. It Cam and Avery's story, there's no way you can't like it.
