1) Can you tell us a little about yourself? - I live in Lake Charles, La with my family. I love music and almost any chick flick out there. When I'm not working, I'm attempting to read and write while juggling motherhood. It's an adventure, but I love it!
2) Do you have any “odd” writing habits? - I actually write better in a room full of noise...no clue why!
3) Do you listen to music while you write? - Most times, yes. It's completely inspiring.
4) Do you have a favorite character to write about? - Hmm, that's kinda hard! I love all my characters. Right now, I'm really loving writing about Beau :)
5) Are you doing any author signing events this year? - I'm not signed up to do anymore for 2014, but I'm signed up so far to do the Houston Authors Bash in 2015.
6) When did you know you wanted to write a book? - I had an idea that kept nagging at me. It literally played over and over again in my head and I knew I needed to get it out. That being said, Spurs & Stilettos was born.
7) What's one random fact about yourself that you can share? - I could literally watch the weather channel all day and never get bored. It's random and weird lol.
8) What’s your favorite outside activity? - Swimming or just hanging out
9) What inspires you to write? - People and nature inspire me to write. Seems sorta plain, but it's true. I can pull a story from almost anything. Life is beautiful, it's the most inspiring thing out there.
10) What project are you working on now? - I'm currently working on the extension of my novella Dirt Road Summer and a novella to go along with my novel Saving Us.
