Woodland Creek is a town where there are shifters, and wizards. When Kennedy meets Isaac it is really funny to read. Isaac is a gargoyle and the mayor of Woodland Creek. There first meeting isn't the last. Their paths cross again and they have a lustful night. I liked Isaac and Kennedy together. Kennedy's ex Jonathan shows up too. Jonathan confused me and he added a little bit of weirdness to the story. At some points I felt I missing some information on the characters. It a short read and I really wished it was longer.
