 Naughty Neighbor: Falling for a Libra is a cute read.  Lacey is a romance novelist who doesn't believe in love.  She battling a little writer's block but her neighbor is there to help.    Lacey is sweet and nice.   She's a down to earth girl.  Jake is a florist.  He's sweet and nice and helps Lacey with her writer's block.   He's swoon-worthy.  I loved reading this one.  Their story is sweet but of course, there are bumps along the way that they have to work out. 

4 1/2 Stars!!
