::::Blurb::::

Sometimes, you just have to follow your heart and allow the mountains in the distance to guide you home, where you belong...

Rachel Elliot never dreamed of leaving the city for the small town life of Cedar Valley. That was until she met Adam Jacobsen, single father and volunteer fireman at the Cedar Valley Fire Department.

Adam never imagined finding someone as down-to-earth and loving as Rachel. Having known both love and loss, along with raising a son on his own, he's more than ready to have the family he's always wanted.

When things heat up in Cedar Valley, fate reveals they might just have everything they never realized they needed and so much more.

Interview With Christina Butrum:

1. Can you tell us a little about your books?
I'm a Contemporary Romance author who writes sweet, realistic swoon-worthy stories that allow my readers to fall in love right along with the characters!

2. What inspires you to write?
Inspiration is everywhere! Mainly the story ideas urge me to write, but I find inspiration from just about anything and everything!

3. What is a usual writing day like for you, how is it structured?
I usually write by the seat of my pants. I aim for a word count goal and write! Sometimes, the word count goal is 10,000 and other times it's a couple thousand. All depends on my mood and how much coffee I have!

4. When you write do you write the first draft on a computer or paper and pen?
Most of the time I write my stories on my laptop, but lately I've been writing by hand with my favorite pen and a notebook. It helps to switch it up in order to get the words to flow.

5. Do you have a favorite spot to write?
I write anywhere and everywhere I can as long as it is free of distractions!

6. Do you listen to music while you write?
Sometimes. Most of my books have a playlist, but there were a few stories I couldn't listen to music as I wrote.

7. For a reader who hasn't read your books yet, which book do you suggest they start with?
I would suggest the Cedar Valley series! Fall in love with a small town with caring, good hearted people. (I love my characters!)

8. If you could spend 24 hours as a fictional character, who would you chose?
I think it would have to be either Leah or Rachel from my Cedar Valley series! Both are my kind of people and I'd settle for some fun on the town at the Levy's!

9. What are writing projects are you currently working on?
I currently have 5 WIPs that I'm writing. 3 are stories I've started, but haven't finished. 1 is a novella for a cowritten series. And the other one is a novella for an anthology I was recently invited to join! A lot of writing to keep me busy for a while...as long as I steer clear of procrastination!
