Wow, this is a great read!!   Novah and Nolan knew each other in high school.  They were both hurt and left each other on bad terms.  Both still hold on to lot of pain and hurt.  Nolan comes back into Novah's life fifteen years later.  They are both very different from when they where in high school.  At first I didn't like Nolan.  I think I connected more with Novah and saw her side and didn't like Nolan.   They truth of what happened in high school comes out and we get to see how Nolan feels and that's when I started to like Nolan.   Nolan has been through a lot.  Novah has also been through a lot her scars are not on the outside but she still holds the pain and hurt.  I was rooting for them to getting through the pain and hurt and lean on each other.

It's an emotional read.   It pulled me in from the beginning and kept me interested the whole time.

Leddy Harper had to use her imagination often as a child. She grew up the only girl in a house full of boys. At the age of fourteen, she decided to use that imagination and wrote her first book, and never stopped. She often calls writing her therapy, using it as a way to deal with issues through the eyes of her characters. She is now a mother of three girls, leaving her husband as the only man in a house full of females. The decision to publish her first book was made as a way of showing her children to go after whatever it is they want to. Love what you do and do it well. Most importantly Leddy wanted to teach them what it means to overcome their fears.
