Title: Heinous
Author: Alexis Noelle
Genre: MC Romance Standalone
I was never meant to have a happily ever after. It was a fate I accepted a long time ago. Before he came for me, taking away who I am, I needed to escape. Just for one night. One man turned my entire world upside down. I should have walked away, but something about him wouldn’t let me. Now I’m lying to him. He’s going to find out the truth, or my life will catch up to me. Either way, I lose him. It’s a thought I can’t bear. People have always told me love is amazing and powerful. They’re wrong. It makes you weak…exposing your vulnerabilities…making you easy prey. Love is heinous.
Review by Gia:
Heinous is book two in the Deathstalkers MC series. It can be read as standalone. Heinous is Twisted and Nikki's story. I loved the first one Corrupted and was excited to read this one. I enjoyed Heinous but not as much as Corrupted.
Twisted is a great character. He's sexy and a MC guy. He's also a little crazy and has some family issues. Nikki is super crazy. At times Nikki was just a little to crazy form me to connect with. Nikki had a past and some secrets that I was dying to know what they were. Like all of this author's books there is an unexpected surprise. I loved that even as much as I tried I couldn't fully figure out what Nikki was hiding until it came out.
