Uncovering Desire is book two in the Uncovering Love series.   We do meet the main characters of this book (Jon and Kate) in the first book Uncovering Love but it can be read as a standalone.  

Jon and Kate have been friends since high school.   Jon went off to the military and after returning he and their friend Evie start a PI business.   Jon and Kate have a love hate relationship.  I was a little upset with Jon in the beginning, I didn't like the way he viewed Kate.  Kate is a fun girl and speaks her mind.   Sometimes she may be a bit to much to handle.   Both Jon and Kate keep their feelings for each other hidden, this frustrated me a little.    

Jon has a client that may cause problems for him and Kate.   Kate also has secrets that she's keeping.  I really enjoyed reading Jon and Kate's story.  I can't wait to Carly's story.
