Her love of writing started with poetry and she had some works published.

Interview With K.A. Duggsy:
1. Can you tell us a little about your books?
Sure, both books are novellas so quick reads. The first is Today, Tomorrow, Forever, a romantic suspense. This is Carey and Enola's story, following Enola who is a shell of the woman she used to be. Past experiences have left her unable to trust herself or others as she struggles with a debilitating anxiety disorder, until she meets Carey and takes a chance on life again.
The follow up is Today, Tomorrow, Forever. Carey's Revenge.
I can't give too much away as it will spoil book 1 but this is centered on Carey and the multitude of emotions he has to deal with.
2. When did you know you wanted to write a book?
For as long as I can remember I've wanted to, but every time I put pen to paper all that seemed to flow was poetry.
It wasn't until this year that a story came to life for me, and now I can't seem to stop. Both novellas include a poem though as I enjoy writing them.
3. Your book covers are amazing, who designs them?
Thank you.
They're actually from a site called selfpubbookcovers. The artist that created mine is Shardel. It's a really great site as I have free rein over the font and colours of the lettering etc, plus I can go back and change it whenever I want.
4. Do you have a favorite spot to write?
Not so much a favourite, but it's usually sat at the dining table in the kitchen, close to the kettle so I can keep my tea topped up.
Or propped up in bed late at night which frustratingly is when inspiration usually hits.
5. If you could spend 24 hours as a fictional character, who would you chose?
I'm a huge Tillie Cole fan and recently re-read her sweet home series. I think I'd like to spend 24 hrs either as Molly Shakespeare or Aliyana Lucia from those and be swept away in the romance.
6. Do you work with an outline, or just write?
A bit of both really. I usually just write, I like to get down what's in my head before it's forgotten, but then I plan out the characters backstory, profession etc so I can get a real feel for them.
7. What do you do when you are not writing?
Read!
Reading has always been my first love, being engrossed in a book is the best feeling. I'm also a mum of three so arts and crafts are a must, along with board games, puzzles and refereeing arguments between them.
8. What writing projects are you currently working on?
I have 3 in the works at the moment, all in varying stages. The next to be released sometime next year is called Advance, which is set in the future with aspects of time travel and romance.
