Heath Dillinger, lead singer and renowned love ‘em and leave ‘em kind of guy, is wrapped in an impressive package of muscle, tattoos and three lethal dimples that drive the girls crazy. He is every girls dream and nightmare rolled into one. The last thing he expects is to meet the girl of his dreams. After all, who knew she even existed? But when Harlow Montmarte walks into his crosshairs, he knows he is done for. He’s prepared to give up his wild ways. Except, Harlow isn’t interested in anything more than friendship and refuses to be charmed out of her clothes by the charismatic rock star. She’s just left a whole world of heartache behind her and isn’t in the mood for any more.
Heath Dillinger has just met his match.

It seemed like a good idea at the time. Get over my break-up by having a one-night stand with a rock ‘n’ roll hottie and move on with my life. Going on tour as the official photographer to the world’s number one band was not part of the plan.

Have you ever dreamed of being plucked out of the crowd by one of the hottest rock stars in the world?

I didn't even know who Ozstryker were when my reckless sister Beth dragged me along to their concert. I went solely to keep her out of trouble, not for me to get tangled up with the famous guitarist renowned for his magnificent shirtless torso and talented fast hands.

I had no intention of becoming a groupie, let alone anything else. But when Jax Ozstryker invited me on a date, I decided it was time for a little fun. Not that the night ended how I had planned – or how he planned, for that matter – I got a job and he didn't get laid.

So now I’m on tour with the biggest band in the world with my crazy, unpredictable sister for company and a beautiful dangerous attraction for my new boss. I never dreamed life could be so crazy. Or complicated.

But this is life on the road – where nothing makes sense and everything is possible.

About Penny Dee:

I have always written stories for as long as I can remember. I wrote my first book when I was five years old. It was called 'The Goodies' and it was a short story about driving to the shops to get some milk. Needless to say, it was a very short book and hardly the page turner. It was also illustrated in orange felt tip pen because it was the only felt tip pen left in the pencil case that wasn't dried up and useless.

My first attempt at writing romance was in high school when my athletic ambitions were replaced with Sunday sessions in my bestfriends bedroom, smoking cigarettes and writing smut about the hot guy at school. They were dreadfully crude stories. Lots of awkward fumblings in the dark or a series of awful first kisses. They were also very straight forward. Very straight to the point. Because I didn't have a clue about what I was talking about. And I used terrible words such as "shaft", "her moist warmth" and "velvet cavern"...yeah, they were awesome!

In following years I wisely gave up the cigarettes, became Mum to the "best kid in the world" and married a vastly understanding and supportive soul who tolerated the complete absence of my inner domestic goddess. Through a lot of trial and error, I think I may have started to write stories other people would want to read ... without an orange felt tip pen in sight...

Oh ... and you can find me in Australia.

 Interview With Penny Dee:

1. Can you tell us a little about your books?

I have published two books, Crazy Beautiful and Beautiful Dangerous. And I have another 5 on the go!

Crazy Beautiful: what happens when the man all the women want (but who has never had any interest in falling in love), sees her...the one girl he can fall in love with. Oh, did I mention he is a sexy lead singer..?

Beautiful Dangerous: is a rockstar romance and tells the story of a young woman who captures the attention of the most famous guitarist in the world. Its a light hearted tale about falling in love on the road.

2. What book has been your favorite to write?

Beautiful Dangerous... it was like the words just fell out of my head onto paper. It was hard work but easy at the same time because the characters came through so strong and clear. And it was fun having the flamboyant Jimmy Ozstryker wondering around in my head for a while (not to mention, his hot younger brother, Jax!!)

3. When did you know you wanted to write a book?

I have always written. I wrote/drew my first book when I was about 5. It was called, The Goodies, and was about driving to the shop for milk. I can't remember the plot but I can only imagine it was super-awesome! I mean, who doesn't want to read about a drive to the shops! lol

I remember when I heard about Indie Publishing—I was SO excited. I decided that was the way I wanted to go. So I finished Crazy Beautiful and without really knowing anything, put it up on Amazon. I've been continually learning about self-publishing ever since. And man, what a ride it is!!

4. Do you work with an outline, or just write?

I have a general idea of what my characters are going to do and where they are going to end up. But then I get scenes in my head and just write. I have never written chronologically. I wouldn't know how to. I write the scene that pops into my head and then eventually link all of the scenes together. One of these days, I am going to try to write in chronological order. Watch this space..!

5. Do you listen to music while you write?

OMG yes! yes! yes! I don't know if I could write without music. I create playlists for each book and listen to them over and over. I can't tell you how many times I listened to "Layla" while I wrote Beautiful Dangerous. So yes, music is a massive part of my creative process!

6. Do you have a favorite spot to write?

I really want to reply with something awesome here, but the truth is, I just write at my desk.

7. What do you do when you are not writing?

I think about writing.
And I've been known to run about 6—8 kilometres a day.
And drink coffee.
Lots of coffee.

8. What writing projects are you currently working on?

Gentle Sin. This is a taboo love story. Lots of feels jam-packed into this one. It should be released in the next couple of months.
Come Undone. This one is a bit funnier than Gentle Sin, more along the lines of Beautiful Dangerous. It is about a hot hockey player.
Crazy Wonderful. The sequel to Crazy Beautiful.
Cade, The Kings of Mayhem. My first attempt at an MC book. Mystery and motorcycles.
Something Wonderful. This is a version of Beautiful Dangerous, told from Jax's point of view. Its not a retelling of the story, it fills in some of the gaps, i.e.; what really happened in Vegas...
