Never fall in love with your best friend's little sister...
Contractor and army reservist Jake Foster fell in love with Dani Minelli when she was a colt-legged high school senior. He knew he was too old to even look at her, let alone touch.
Dani’s been trying to get his attention since returning to Pine Harbour a grown woman—and failing miserably at every turn.
This winter, everything is going to change. And when the snow stops falling, Jake and Dani won't be able to hide from their attraction any longer.
REVIEW by Tabitha:
This is the first book I have read by Ms. York, however I can honestly say it will most definitely not be my last. I immediately fell in love with Jake and Dani. Jake is, well for lack of a better way to say it, oh my, holy crap HOT!!! I am absolutely in love with these two characters. The story was written in such a way that I was literally glued to it from beginning to the very end. And when I got to the end, I so did not want it to be over. This is book 2 of a series although it can be read as a standalone, but there are overlapping characters so I would suggest reading the first one before this one. I enjoyed it immensely even though I haven't read the first one, but I wish I had. I will most definitely be reading the first one and then this one again. I can't wait to see what and who comes next!! This was an easy 5+ AMAZEBALLS stars for me. A copy was gifted in exchange for an honest review.
