Review by Gia:
Red is book two in the Black series.   It can not be read as a standalone, you must read Black first.    I read Black and was excited to read Red.   I read Black at the end of January and was a little confused when I first started reading Red.  I had to do a quick skim of Black before restarting Red.  Once I was reacquainted with the characters I was all set and ready to get sucked into the story.
The blurb doesn't give much a away so I'm a little scared that I might slip a give a spoiler away so I'm not going to stay away form telling much about the story line.   It's told in dual POVs of Rose and Black.  Red is five years after the first book and Black is a different in this one.  I was hoping Black and Rose would get their HEA.  There are twists that I didn't see and that kept me on my toes.
