Review for Blood Vengeance by LE Wilson

BLURB:
Luukas Kreek is a Master Vampire - one of the most powerful of his time. He has survived for over 600 hundred years, through wars, uprisings, and rivals who've attempted to take what is his. The first of his kind that dared to cross an ocean, he even started his own colony in a brand new world, increasing his strength with every new vampire he's created. Nothing can defeat him.

Until now...

Keira Moss has been secretly honing her magic her entire life in order to protect herself and her family from the corruption in their coven. Never would she have thought she could be forced to use her powers for anything other than the good of her family, until the one person she cares about most in the world is attacked and threatened.

One bound by chains and one bound by love, Luukas and Keira are forced into a nightmare, with no end in sight.

Survival is their choice. Love is their destiny.

REVIEW BY TABITHA:
I absolutely loved Blood Hunger and couldn't wait to dive into this one. I was really happy to learn that this was Luukas and Kiera's book. We meet them both in book 1 and I will say that if you haven't read it stop now and go read it.. These need to be read in order. Luukas is the Master Vampire and was held prisoner for 7 years and while he was held there, Keira was also. The difference is Keira is a witch that the evil-*itch has captured in order to keep Luukas and she makes her cast spells on him that help torture him. Now mind you Keira didn't want to do those things but because Leehan threatened her sister, Emma (from book 1), she must do it to keep her safe. Now fast forward to them being found by Nik (Luukas's brother and Emma's mate again from book 1) so they are free but having to deal with a lot of issues. Luukas is having trouble reconciling the fact that Keira helped them torture him (even if it wasn't by choice) but yet while he wants to kill her he also has this insane need to keep her safe. He never believed in mates before and doesn't now either, however that is something he will wrestle with the whole book. I really liked how the author shows us from many different perspectives. It shows us not just how Luukas and Keira are feeling and thinking but also a few others. I will say that even though I enjoyed seeing it from so many different povs, it did get a little confusing at times to switch from one to another to another. However, it did not take away from the book. I am very invested in these characters and this storyline and can not wait to find out what is going to happen next!! Great job on book 2! A copy was given in exchange for an honest review. This was a 4.5 AMAZEBALLS stars for me!!
