Review:
With You is a novella and is the story of how Sculpt and Emily met. We get the story of what happens to Sculpt and Emily in Torn from You. There is a note saying that Torn from You can be read as a standalone but I am glad I read With You first. It's a great story.
Sculpt is an underground fighter, a lead singer of a band, and rides a motorcycle. He is the ultimate bad boy. Emily seeks Sculpt out to teach her how to fight. They end up in a romantic relationship.
Emily lives with her best friend Kat and Kat's brother Matt. Matt knows Sculpt. Matt warns Emily to stay away from Sculpt. Sculpt has mystery behind him and no one seem to know his real name or his story.
This story was amazing. The cliffhanger at the end was crazy. When you finish With You , you will want to jump right into reading Torn from You.

At least it did for me when Sculpt, the lead singer of the rock band Tear Asunder knocked me off my feet. Literally, because he’s also a fighter, illegally of course, and he taught me how to fight. He also taught me how to love and I fell hard for him. I mean the guy could do sweet, when he wasn't doing bossy, and I like sweet.
Then it all shattered.
Kidnapped.
Starved.
Beaten.
I was alone and fighting to survive.
When I heard Sculpt's voice, I thought he was there to save me.
I was wrong.
(It is recommended to read "With You" the novella first, however not necessary).

This is a love story with some dark elements. Dark contemporary romance. No cliffhanger and next in the Tear Asunder series is Ream's story (the band's lead guitarist).

This book is amazing! It's a drop everything and read now book.
I know it says that you don't have to read With You first but you really should read it first. With You gives you a look at Emily and Logan's relationship and how they met. It makes Torn from You a more emotional read. The prologue of Torn from You is the ending of With You.
The book starts when Emily is kidnapped. When she sees Logan, she thinks she is safe but she may not be as safe as she thinks. We learn more about Logan and his past in this book. Logan's past is gut wrenching. Logan loves Emily and he has an explanation for everything but Emily has to decide if that is enough for her to forgive him.
Torn from You is a great read. Nashoda Rose keeps you guessing what will happen next. It's a very emotional read. So buckle up and get ready to go on an emotional roller coaster.
