Title: Apprivoise
Author: Arden Aoide

Synopsis:
This is a bundle of all three of the Apprivoisé novels.

DISHABILLE

Alex Marchand doesn't know how to do things by half, even when on medication to control his impulsiveness. It's a struggle he's had since childhood. When he falls, he falls hard and he falls fast. Luckily, he found a girl as foolish as Dahlia Warwick, a woman who has codependency down to an art. Dishabille is a novel that gives the reader the hearts and flowers they expect and only the palest of pink bottoms. Arden explores the subject of BDSM with readers who may not quite be ready for a safeword.
Dahlia and Alex, two people with limited experience in exploring what they desire, discover a new definition of romance while finding their way together. Dishabille spanks the genre of romance, but delivers the happily ever after.

Dishabille is a love story for those who want it a little bit rougher.

MORPHOSES

Morphoses is a novel of transitions. It starts where Dishabille left off and it includes two of the more minor characters from that novel. The title itself gives the reader a hint into Miranda's kink. While a good bit of the story revolves around Miranda indulging this, there's another transformation that is taking Nicholas kicking and screaming into a normal functioning sexual relationship. By the end you will love Miranda and Nick as much as Dahlia and Alex.
Morphoses is a love story for those who are ready for a bit more than just a spanking.

FORCE MAJEURE

Force Majeure takes us on a lustful journey of near obsession, past the normal niceties of sex and romance, and into the intricate mind of Jeff Rainier. A mind both complex and simple. He knows the rules, but doesn't always want to understand them.
Evan Monroe was looking for more in her life, but was unconvinced there was such a thing. She was bored, and unnecessarily jaded. But, she'd try anything once; twice if you begged.
Jeff Rainier turned out to be a force that was almost too hard for her to handle.
Force Majeure is a novel that tries to define love, but only confuses the matter.

Review:
Apprivoise was a great read. Initially I was overwhelmed by the book being over 400 pages, but it contains three stories.   Dishabille is about 195 pages.  Morphoses is about 140 pages.  Force Majeure is about 170.  What I found interesting about the characters was each story has a strong male that each have a different quirk.  I loved all the characters in the book, they were very well written.

Alex

Dishabille is Dahlia and Alex's story.  Dahlia is looking for something a little different in her life.  She ends up meeting with Miranda, the owner of Dishabille.  Miranda set Dahlia up with her brother Alex.  Alex had severe ADHD and likes a little kinky sex.  This is a sweet story about Dahlia and Alex finding each other and love.

Nick

Morphoses is Miranda and Nick's story.  Nick is Dahlia's ex husband.  Even though they are divorced Dahlia and Nick are good friends.  After meeting Nick in Dishabille, I didn't think he could have a kinky sexual side.  Nick was suffering from low testosterone.  The author does a great job building Nick's character.  Nick and Miranda's story is a bit more kinky than Alex and Dahlia's story.  In this story we also get more Alex and Dahlia.

Jeff

Force Majeure is Jeff and Evan's story.  In case you were wondering Evan is a girl.  Jeff is a friend of Nick's.  Jeff by far is my favorite character from Apprivoise.  He stutters sometimes and has trouble in social issues.  He tend to go to Dahlia for relationship advice.  Jeff and Evan's relationship is a little different but it works for them.  The ending of this story made me wonder will there be more to the story.

4 1/2 Amazeballs Stars.

9. And modest.
10. And probably a wee bit juvenile.
