Review of Burn by Maya Banks

I absolutely love Maya Banks. Forewarning her sex scenes are very, very detailed in every book. She leaves nothing to the imagination. In this series (The Breathless Trilogy), I really didn't think I would like any as much as I did the first, but I stand corrected. Burn surpassed both 1st and 2nd by a mile. I really love Ash and Josie. They have an awesome connection and I love the fact that Ash will DO ANYTHING to protect and care for Josie. He is a very intense person and has been throughout the series, but the difference in the first two and this one is that you really see how much he was holding back so to speak. He definitely holds nothing back once he has found "the one". That of course being Josie and she matches him mark for mark. Love that she knows what she wants, but also knows when to take a step back and think about things.

If you haven't read Maya Banks, you definitely need to check her out. She is amazing!! The Breathless Trilogy are all awesome, but Burn was my favorite!! However, you do need to read them in order.
5***** in my book

Hotshot by Julie Garwood Review

I have to say I have a soft spot for Julie Garwood. Her FBI/Buchanan family was the 1st series I ever read and have been hooked on her ever since. Hotshot is no exception. It has it all and is a really great contemporary romance with some suspense. And who doesn't love a story with not only a strong, do the right thing kind of hero, but a strong, do the right thing heroine? 4****

Revealing Us by Lisa Renee Jones Review

I received the ARC of this book for an honest review....

Revealing Us picks up right where Being Me leaves off. ****SPOILERS AHEAD****

Chris and Sara decide to work on their relationship in Paris and also look for Ella. Chris' love for Sara is so apparent in every single page as is her love for him. They are learning to trust and depend (yes depend) on each other. Is it an easy road for either of them? Absolutely not, but neither are willing to give up and neither are willing to let ANYONE interfere in their relationship. You finally see what has driven Chris into the life of needing pain and overcoming that with Sara. And Sara has discovered who she is and how strong she is. She is not running anymore. She faces every obstacle, whether it be with Chris and his past or finding Ella, head on and doesn't back down.

While this book, like the others in this series, is intense. It is also light-hearted at times. I found myself laughing out loud and smiling throughout the whole book. Lisa Renee Jones captures the readers in every word she writes. This series is truly my favorite!! I give the whole series 5+********* AMAZING!!!! My only complaint is that it leaves you with a cliffhanger!!! Don't expect every question to be answered!!
